I can truly say that BCU is a great place to do business. They have the same accounts as a bank. They are exceptional at meeting a customer's needs. I have had life happen and needed loans and increased spending limits to maintain a safety cushion and I am grateful for the loan officers meeting my needs when it mattered the most.
